Went out to the car this morning to find my van tire flat to the ground; the rim was smashed to the cement. But it's my week for car pool! And as easy as it would have been to just call one of the other mothers(and they would have been totally willing to drive) I didn't want to give up my next week FREE of driving. Yes, I know....knee jerk reaction of a desperate housewife. :)
So my husband...as good as a man as he is, got up, put on some flip flops and pumped that tire up one foot pump at a time. 20 minutes later I was off to the gas station to put a bit more air in the tire to get me through the morning. And now my tire has been patched, filled, and all four tires have been rotated.
