Talk about go, go, go, loud, loud, loud, FUN, FUN, FUN!! I think all ELEVEN of us were exhausted by the end of the week. A good exhaustion....And that's how you know it was a successful week!
We did so much, I can't even remember the true order of things but here's a small list of some of the things you could see if/when(hehe) you come to visit....
*Exploring the "forest" behind our house - but hurry because they are plowing it for new homes
*As many days and hours as you want at Six Flags Fiesta Texas
*Cooking Marshmallows outside(although now might not be the smartest time since we are in a major drought)
*Canyon Lake-its beautiful, it's refreshing, its sooo much fun for the kids
*The world famous Riverwalk downtown San Antonio-restaurants and shops all along the river
*The Alamo("excuse me, where's the basement"...WHAT MOVIE?)
*Willie's Restaurant - sandbox entertainment for the kids while you eat
*Swim time at Lifetime Fitness - the pool rules! Although our neighborhood pool will rule HARDER if it ever gets completed :(
And this is just what we did with the Ruchti's...there's lots more we could do....
*SeaWorld
*Schlitterbahn
*Shopping galore(here or in San Marcos at the outlets)
*Floating the Guadalupe River
And thats all we've discovered so far. So Now that I've provided all the info for your next vacation... :) Enjoy some pics of our recent visit from the Ruchti's....
