DEFINITION OF A NEAR PERFECT WEEKEND

Can you believe there is such a thing as a near perfect weekend? Well...there is! Despite the disasterous drive TO Utah, the weekend went perfectly.  Brian got sick(FOUR vomits sick) on the drive and 3 hours into our trip we had barely driven 80 miles.  A trip that should have taken 12 hours ended up taking 15.  But we made it, that's a plus.

From there it was near perfection. Kids playing with cousins...

Late and early birthday celebrations...

Dressing up for the purpose of our trip...AMY and TAYLOR's wedding!!

Eating the most fantastic food...Cynthia and Ryan REALLY like it... :)

Enjoying precious time with family...

Micah and Martine and family driving an hour and half to visit with us for about an hour and a half... Thank you sooooo much for taking the time out of your day off for us.

Catching the boquet...well two little girls caught it together.  Kathy was a sweetheart and ran to the rescue and let Madelyn pick out some of the beautiful fresh gerberers on display.

And everyone rearranging their schedules so they could celebrate and early Thanksgiving and Christmas party with Brent and I and our family.  Thank you sooooo much for that. It meant the world to us.

A little throw up was nothing compared to the amazing memories we made this weekend. And isn't that what life is really all about.  Making memories with the ones we'll spend eternity with.
